CrawlTech is seeking a loyal, detail-oriented, and highly capable Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) to help run and organize the core operations of our growing business.

This is not a traditional admin role — you will support everything from calendar coordination, document control, onboarding, vendor management, marketing support, and occasionally act as a bridge between internal and external communications.

You will be trusted with confidential information, high-priority projects, and given the opportunity to contribute meaningfully across multiple business areas.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups

  • Prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations

  • Assist with project management and internal communications

  • Organize and manage digital files, shared folders, and policies

  • Help onboard new team members, interns, and contractors

Executive & Operational Support
Vendor & Client Coordination
  • Schedule and assist with vendor meetings and onboarding

  • Maintain service agreements and renewal tracking

  • Prepare and format client-facing documents and proposals

Administrative + Marketing Support
  • Update CRM entries, mailing lists, and contact databases

  • Support social media scheduling, marketing campaigns, and analytics

  • Help organize in-person and virtual events or demos

  • Track expenses, generate simple invoices, and organize receipts

  • Reliable, consistent, and responsive

  • Comfortable juggling multiple hats and priorities

  • Discreet with sensitive data and conversations

  • Motivated to grow with the company over the long term

  • Comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and solving problems

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in executive admin, office management, or operations role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness

  • Skilled in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic CRM tools

  • Bonus: Experience in startups, cybersecurity, IT, or technical services

  • Bonus: Familiarity with HR tasks, invoicing tools, or social media posting
